Frequently asked questions
Are my documents used to train an AI model?
No. Your files stay in your Eco6 library. Only the relevant passages are sent to the assistant at the moment of the question.
What happens when my credits expire?
Each credit batch is valid 30 days. A top-up adds 30 days to the current date: it never shortens credits that are still valid.
What about a scanned document?
It is refused, with an explicit message. Eco6 does not embed OCR in v1: without a text layer, search would be misleading.
Can I delete a document?
Yes, at any time. It disappears from the library and from answers, and no longer counts towards the limit of 50.
