Validity and stacking
Each credit batch is valid 30 days from the day it is added. A top-up starts from the furthest date already earned, then adds 30 days: it never shortens credits that are still valid.
A question that fails for a technical reason is refunded automatically: the journal then shows a “Refund” line.
Payment methods
We accept MTN MoMo and Airtel Money, as well as Chariow and Maketou payment links. In the app, choose your pack, pay with the method shown, then enter the transaction ID.
An administrator checks the payment and validates your account within 5 to 10 minutes during business hours. You receive a confirmation email, and the credits appear in your balance immediately.
No recurring charge is set up.
Frequently asked questions
Are unused credits carried over?
Yes, as long as they have not expired. A top-up extends the shared expiry date by 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Consumed credits are not refundable. An untouched batch can be reviewed case by case: write to us from the Account page.
Does the price change with document size?
No. One question costs one credit, whether the document is 2 pages or 200.
