Terms of use

1. Purpose

Eco6 is a service by Écosystème that lets you upload documents and query them from an assistant compatible with the MCP protocol (Claude, ChatGPT). The service returns cited passages, never the whole document.

2. Account

An account is required. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any use made from your account. A valid email address is required.

3. Credits

Credits are prepaid, non-refundable once consumed, and valid 30 days. A top-up adds 30 days to the current expiry date. Balance and expiry are visible in the app. A question that fails for technical reasons is refunded automatically.

Payment is made by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Chariow or Maketou. You enter the transaction ID; an administrator checks it and validates the credits within 5 to 10 minutes during business hours. An ID already used cannot credit a second account.

4. Content

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the documents you upload. Uploading unlawful content is forbidden, as is attempting to access another account’s documents. The service may refuse a file whose text cannot be used, in particular a scan without a text layer.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or when a provider fails (hosting, embedding service, connected assistant). No availability commitment is guaranteed at this stage.

6. Liability

Answers are produced by the assistant from the retrieved passages. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute legal, medical or financial advice. Always check the cited document.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page: documents, index and journal are then erased. We may suspend an account in case of manifestly abusive use, after notice where possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Congolese law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, the competent court is that of Brazzaville.
