Privacy
Your documents stay yours.
Working draft: this text must be reviewed before commercial launch, in particular the hosting and contact details.
What we store
- Your email address, your name if you provide it, and your interface language.
- The files you upload, the extracted text, the indexed passages and their vectors.
- The credit journal: amount, reason, balance after the operation, expiry date.
- Payment requests: chosen pack, amount, operator, transaction ID and the number used. They are used to check the payment and to support the accounts.
Why
This data is used only to authenticate you, to find the relevant passages in your documents and to keep your credit balance. It is never sold, nor used to train an artificial intelligence model.
Who sees it
Documents are isolated per account, at the database and at the search code level. No request can read another account’s documents. Only the passages relevant to your question are sent, at the moment of the question, to the assistant service you have connected.
Search vectors are computed by an OpenAI-compatible embedding service. It receives the text of the passages to vectorise, without your email address or your identity.
How long
Documents remain until you delete them or your account. The credit journal is kept for the lifetime of the account. Deleting your account erases the documents, passages, vectors and journal. Payment requests and administrative validations are kept as accounting records.
Your rights
You can download or delete each document from the app, and delete your account from the Account page. For any access, rectification or portability request, write to us.
Security
Passwords are hashed by PocketBase. Traffic uses HTTPS in production. File access is controlled by collection rules: an account can only read its own files.
